Wife's phone was stolen a few weeks ago while shopping and while we waited for the insurance to pay out she used the old T1 that was chucked in the cupboard.

It did what it had to. Phone and whatsapp. But she quickly gave up on trying to load any other apps on there. Frustrating as hell.

Nope. Some peeps might be lucky enough that their T1's are still in working condition...

Mine runs ok.... Insecure, but Ok... (No stagefright patch). Battery gets better after a while... (The measurement seems to be more problematic than the battery itself...)

KingRoot works on it...

It might be fun to try and get a Android One ROM ported to it...

If MYBB considers themselves a tech news website, Jan Vermeulen should do a new interview with the founder of Zest for feedback on where they find themselves.

For R2K I don't think anyone was expecting an S7?

Or were they?

You basically got what you paid for.

A used S3 is a better buy. So yes, I'd expect a better phone if I pay R2k for a new one. The Xiaomi at the same price is decent

Honest truth placed an order on Incredible Connection last week for the phone. Thank goodness they didn't have any stock anywhere, told them to cancel the order and refund me back
