Probably not, but since Zest has essentially shown us how to flash firmware, I would guess a custom ROM wouldn't be too difficult to stitch together from this.

Busy flashing...

Just take note of the path marked in red. You will get some DA error (probably non-political, but who knows) on startup. Just copy the files to the mentioned path and all will be well in middle earth.

I have not idea, but the date on the image is 20140714 and the previous update was 20140707. The kernel is 3.4.67 - compiled 14 Jul 2014 20:13:46

The baseband still comes from 20140703.
