Mweb Throttling Bull

Still would love to see their current packages GB/mb knock the ah pricing off the table, how is TI though, dont they throttle on monthly total usage?

HTTP downloads seem to be lightly shaped during the day & evening, torrents are *heavily* shaped - but midnight till 6am the shaping lifts completely, it seems.
Streaming is top notch though - absolutely fantastic.
No idea about throttling at this stage. Only been with TI for 2 weeks now.

I mean - I'm sorry, is downloading Win Updates, a Steam Game + a few updates too much for you Mweb?


Question: I'm switching to OpenWeb Gold, and I'm wondering if I apply today, when my first payment goes off my card?

The first payment will deduct a few days after signup for November's payment.

The next payment will be on the 1st working day of December for December's payment in advance

I have downloaded +120gb of data on my 2Mbps line (Shaped) in last 30 days and the best of all is that my line is not throttled now :D :D :D Schadenfreude!

I was a MWEB abuser too :p I left them in last May. Talking about dodging bullets :cool:

It is strange at first to be on an ISP and it just works, well it did for me more than it did on Mweb. Mweb was perfect until Rudi left then it just got rotten... like mummy groin rott or something. (yeah you would knew if you had this in one of my pnp dnd games)
 
Anyone have an idea when my throttling will be lifted based on my usage below?? ThanksImageUploadedByMyBroadband Tapatalk1383651330.376864.jpg. I'm still being throttled today!
