SuperSport-Mweb streaming conspiracy?

SuperSport are talking out their ass. Pleas explain how I am able to stream 720HD content FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY on Netflix, but when I go into SuperSport it buffers constantly. To say that nothing is wrong on their end is a blatant lie. Why are not stupid nor ignorant, and you picked the wrong forum to try and tune BS to you dumbasses

It's not the ISP. I'm with MWEB uncapped (actually, just cancelled, so only with them until end of November still), and recently (last 4 months or so) it buffers every 2 minutes or so. Unwatchable at times. Used to be perfect. Complaining to the customer service line does nothing. MWEB refers me to Telkom (exchange congestion apparently), and Telkom says I should talk to my ISP.

You lying sons of bitches! The issue is clearly load on your servers. My speedtests show perfect connection but supersport often struggles to stream a jpg, let alone video.

And this is with no shaping whatsoever. People are not idiots for crying in a bucket. You lying, thieving, monopolistic, bunch of skull-fscked morons...

I'm having issues streaming (intermittent I must add) Supersport on a unshaped account.
 
If I wanted to pay an exorbitant amount every month to be lied to I'd just double my tax contributions...

I've been on an uncapped, unshaped 2Mb account and experienced constant buffering, with perfect speedtests. Or the stream just stops completely. Try refresh the live video page when this happens and it refuses to load. All other sites load without issues. It is, without a shadow of a doubt, a Supersport streaming issue...
 
I can stream Netflix to two different clients on my 4Mb unshaped account and the quality on either device is superior to Supersport streaming when I have no other downloads running. I'd love to see feedback from somebody on a VDSL 40Mb (or even 20Mb) connection. If they have the same issues, then it's rather obvious where the issue lies (pun intended).
 
I was streaming most of the cricket on 8ta today with no issues
 
The same issue here, Supersport is the worst in video streaming. It's surely deliberate, they want you to watch through a Sat decoder, not the internet. They have plenty of cash and know-how to solve it, they just don't want a smooth streaming
 
My guess is Supersport is probably streamed using old inefficient codecs
 
I've also had no streaming issues today for the first time in months. Well... when I say no issues I mean I've only had to restart the streams about 2 or 3 times each...

20Mb connection here, can't open the link posted in post #2 it just times out.
