Hi.Oh I meant the new Speed Upgrades, because I am on 100/50 Mbps Package but seem to get 150/75 Currently
Looks like it, been on 250/125, right now getting around 300/150Hi.
It looks like Opensrve has completed the new line speeds on their end.
I assume you are one? Would it change your experience much to get upgraded?Pretty irritating that the 500Mbps folks never get included in speed upgrades.
Yes. Upload speed is critical for large files. My speeds are already pretty great, but 1Gbps would be such a bonus, especially when upload is likely to be half that with Openserve.I assume you are one? Would it change your experience much to get upgraded?
Well when the FNO increases prices, it is a bit difficult for an ISP to some how absorb the costsYOUR FIBRE PACKAGE IS CHANGING
Fibre price increase, thanks Afrihost!
So the "free" upgrade wasn't free at all

Your Fibre is getting even better!
Your Fibre line speed will be UPGRADED at no additional cost to you. This change will happen during February 2023.
Our mission is to make sure that your data delivers what you need and that every byte counts. You'll still get the same uncapped experience you've become accustomed to - with faster speeds.
It's just our way of giving even more Pure Internet Joy.
Why don't you ask your FNO why they increased their prices? Are ISP's supposed to provide internet at a loss to you?Sure but why is my "fibre package changing"?
I was under the impression it changed a month ago with the "free" upgrade.
Here is the original email from them:

If you can't afford it, you can also downgrade? That is an option?
Complaining about it on a forum is really not going to get you anywhere
You still wasting your time complaining about this?Oooh! Did we not take our pills today?
Ok let me spell it out for you:
My issue is not with the increase (well maybe a bit to be fair), its the wording they use in both emails, its quite amusing.
