how the hell can they shape people so that other people can have free time
this is just pathetic
makes you wonder if other accounts are being shaped as well specially after 6pm hence the bad speeds
 
Just buy a 400-500GB capped account somewhere. Will probably work out cheaper than a business uncapped account.

We don't shape to offer Free-Time, we shape to protect the network to give everyone the best possible experience.

As I understand it, looking at all ISP's, any uncapped package will be subjected to some sort of shaping depending on network congestion. People sign up for a capped package in order to not suffer any or as little shaping as possible and therefore these users will be given preferential treatment even in "free-time" as they(I) have signed up understanding the clauses and stipulations given by whichever ISP.

Shaping is applied at specific hours of the day, during periods considered peak time. Upon close inspection of your account, I was able to see that shaping has been applied constantly throughout the day since 2016-09-11, which may have resulted from a shift in priority on the network since the introduction of free time on capped accounts and at present I cannot say when shaping will be removed from the account.

For the time being, you can make use of the below credentials, which is capped account, any data used between 00h00-18h00 is considered free data and will not be deducted from the account.

The problem is that it's not between 6pm and 10pm that I'm being shaped.....I log onto the client zone atleast 5-7 times a day, all at different times to see that the account has shaping percentages next to them
Look into the history of my line and you'll see that I am not lying, if you can't do that then I'll log on at different times and take pictures of how I am being shaped 24hrs a day with a date and time stamp and send it to you

Lmao! I remember those days. Downloading something at 18.8% of line speed. Moved to Crystal Web and don't even know the meaning of shaping now.

Most networks will be busy during these times, doesn't always mean that it's under strain though :)

What's damming? That [globally] those are considered as peak times or that their network was under load at that time?
