Shaping is applied at specific hours of the day, during periods considered peak time. Upon close inspection of your account, I was able to see that shaping has been applied constantly throughout the day since 2016-09-11,
which may have resulted from a shift in priority on the network since the introduction of free time on capped accounts and at present I cannot say when shaping will be removed from the account.
For the time being, you can make use of the below credentials, which is capped account, any data used between 00h00-18h00 is considered free data and will not be deducted from the account.

The problem is that it's not between 6pm and 10pm that I'm being shaped.....I log onto the client zone atleast 5-7 times a day, all at different times to see that the account has shaping percentages next to them
Look into the history of my line and you'll see that I am not lying, if you can't do that then I'll log on at different times and take pictures of how I am being shaped 24hrs a day with a date and time stamp and send it to you

Shaping is currently active on the account, at the below percentages, as the hours between 6pm to 22h00 is considered peak time and at present the network is currently underload.
Shaping Policy:
18.8% Download/ 6.25% P2P
