I've had endless issues at Stellies University with receiving and sending data on my phone and iPad (3rd Gen iOS 6.1), even Whatsapp doesn't connect. I've tried everything, switched off LTE (on my phone, iPhone 5 iOS 6.1), reset the network settings on both devices, done a hard reset, phoned Vodacom.
According to Vodacom they aren't aware of any problems, but as soon as I leave the uni and connect to a different tower 3G data works 100%, getting 10mbps + in stellies.
When I have LTE (very seldom) or Edge signal data works just fine, but as soon as my phone / ipad switches to 3G it goes pear shaped.
Any ideas / suggestions ? It's been two weeks now and I am quite frustrated.
