Hi Guys,
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do next?
My ADSL connection has been pretty bad over the last couple of weeks, so bad that I can't even do basic internet browsing. I have talked to AfriHost a number of times about the issue. Telkom says there is no problem with the line. I even ordered a ADSL Business Package which is suppose to be unshaped but that didn't sort out my problem.
The only time I had good speeds was with a test ADSL account ([email protected]) which performed well (the reason I bought the Business account).
Any help would be appreciated. The service I received from AfriHost has been very unhelpful.
Thanks,
Deon
