Mine also seems back to normal, but I've had this happen before. I'll only be convinced if I'm still getting full speed tomorrow.

Speedtest is fine but that means nothing. Some multithreaded downloads still come down at 512k speeds.

I downloaded another piece of imaging software from Seagate (DiscWizard) and got full speed on that one, but this one struggles badly.
placebo, what speeds do you get on other international http downloads?
Maybe test something from www.deviantart.com ..(anything 10MBs and over)

Erm, averaging ~63KB/sec on that download!!! I didn't think I was one of those stuck at 512.
This may have been answered on this thread, but those of you stuck at 512 - did you find that every single download of yours was capped at 512 (including local speed tests like speedtest.net) or was it only international?
