Kill me now pls. In 23 mins I'm over 90% on my 66W. Damn that sounds archaic... Don't forget your powerbank on your way to the office

My phone gets charged once and only once a day…which is at night when I’m not using it.

Doesn’t require charging anywhere outside of that unless I run it down on purpose like last night.

Ah, so you still need to cautiously plan these things. The breeze of just plugging it in in the morning for 15 mins which sets you for the day. Look it's not essential I agree, but it's like they say once you go black you can never go back.

On another topic, do you all use Tapatalk? Anyone use the MyBroadband app?

The iOS version shows a post was liked, but you can't see who.
There does seem to be a problem with the MyBB app - I'll forward that along now.

You actually need to "cautiously plan" to charge a phone when you go to bed? Do you remember to lock the doors and set the alarm at night or do you need to set a reminder to do that?

TIL that just putting my phone down at night was cautiously planning these things.

Quite the opposite.

You are the one needing to plan and will have a terrible day if you forget to do things.

I simply have a normal routine. No different than having a shower every night.

This feature is for convenience. Like I said, it's not essential but it makes life easier. I don't have to do what I was doing in the past. Same like the one when you take a picture in potrait mode and focus on the wrong thing, well you can now change the focus point retrospectively. It gives you that option of flexibility.

Probably twice or thrice a month? My point was I don't have to necessarily remember to plug it in at night.
The point is I can remember. What else are you forgetting to do?

What happens when you get home drunk and pass out?
That hasn't happened for a while now, and by while I mean a decade or more.

2020s Greg is very different to 2000s Greg who toured bands and DJs around SA and spent his life in clubs and entertainment venues with a drink in his hand.

If it did happen 'tho, I presume muscle memory would kick in... Phone goes on the charger on the bedside table. Always.

I feel like this is a good time to flip that Face ID/swipe up argument on it's head 'tho... Why would you want to take the extra step of physically plugging in a charger before you put your phone down, rather than just putting it down on a MagSafe?

Ever since I've gotten super fast charging I don't even have to bother plugging in at night. It's altered the way I do things. So convenient you wouldn't believe it.

Er, what do you to to "take it off the charger"?

Good story. ;)

Interesting.

Are you able to acknowledge anything wrong or mediocre at all? If you really stretch yourself, can see that not everything is 100% super amazing?

I'm not sure if I fit in the club then. But maybe in time...
We would if there was actually something wrong

You don't reach out to the back and remove it like you'd do with your cable?
Why would you do that?

Sure, it's magnetic, but that doesn't mean you need pry the phone from the charger. Lift the phone and the charger drops away.
