fnb pay and all the other banks equivalent was created because google/apple pay wasn't supported in SA for the longest time, also covid. But these first-party solutions are kinda redundant as people would rather use Samsung/apple pay. Unless of course, you use a Huawei/oppo/etc device

no as in I visit nike.com etc.I cant check out with Samsung pay-online transactions aren't supported or only in Korea. Apple pay supports that.Google pay has online transaction support but is not available in SA.

You actually need to "cautiously plan" to charge a phone when you go to bed? Do you remember to lock the doors and set the alarm at night or do you need to set a reminder to do that? :unsure:

MyBB app is ass on iOS. Loved it on Android, but eventually had to start using Tapatalk when I got my iPhone, so any improvements would be welcome.

Interesting take away from this is that none of the issues are caused by Apple or it being an iPhone but rather developer failures.

Assuming that’s not sarcasm this is exactly it.

They want to be dead sure on something before committing, because unlike what people like to think about Apple they want to cater to their customers for many years to come and not chop and change tech every other year.

That I’ll give to him, coming out here and publicly airing his pros and cons etc.

I anticipate over time most of these grievances will becomes second nature non events.

Hows the battery health ? I think I saw somewhere that wireless charging is worse than slow cable charging - something about the heat generated during wireless charging that can wear it out faster?

I just went through that entire thread, and couldn't find one example of anyone calling you anything. Can you point to the specific post?

I remember that thread well, you asked for advice and everyone told you to get the M1, which you didn't. You then came on here to complain about how crap the Intel is, and everyone mostly just said "told you so", some even suggested things to help etc. so where was all this name calling you are implying?

Been on Apple's MagSafe for nearly two years now, and a Belkin before that.
 
My only gripe with iPhone is the inability to send pictures and videos as documents in Whatsapp to avoid compression and file limited.

I stand corrected.
My 'negative' perception I misrepresented was that the Intel Macbooks were hailed for years as wonderful when in fact they are complete duds.

I could also be thinking about a few years back when I switched from Android to iOS and got a similar backlash - but I am not going to dig that up now.

84% now.

It's about 2 1/2 years old now I think.

I think in the beginning heat may have been an issue, but mine has never even been slightly warm coming off the charger.

Speaking of photos and the gallery - any way to sort? Most recent at the top?
