ADSL almost non-existant in Robertsham

2mbps uncapped Telkom ADSL line in Robertsham.

Local download speeds jumping between slow and ultra-slow.
Local latency jumping between 80ms and 250ms. (As opposed to an average 20ms on any 2mbps line)
International download speed is either <20kbps or >130kbps. (As opposed to an average 200kbps on any 2mbps line)
International latency >300ms.

Certain international connections do not work at all.

Streaming is dial-up speed.

I am infuriated because I am paying a lot of money for a service I am simply not even close to achieving.

No ways!
Think you should definitely have a few words with Telkom.

At the moment someone is watching Netflix, and when no shaping is applied with the Afrihost account, torrents and other http downloads fly at like 800 to 900 kbps.
Of course when it rains, it pours.
Cause then we have to log a fault with Telkom where the phone is noisy and all that.
But I hope you get things sorted out.
