ADSL not syncing - Just in time for DigiChilli

So i get my digichilli acc at lunch time. Rush home, it works great, cant complain

Things are so good, I completely re-configure my Mikrotik, enable traffic shaping so my one pc can dowload away while i can still surf. Life is good

Then my ADSL just stoped syncing. Rebooted a million times, no good.

This has happened before, but telkom took ages to fix it, what apparently they havent done.

Please can someone give me some advise on who to contact to get this sorted once and for all?
