That's pretty much the exact same issue I'm having with my 6mb Business Account. Support emailed me last night saying they made some changes, I tested it out today and it's still the same.

I've replied to support with the recent tests I've done.
Our team are looking into this, I believe we're collecting some results here to see if we can trend it.
