Sounds like there are isolated issues here, could you paste up some speedtests and a traceroute please?

It appears quite a bit better since the last router reboot.

So that's it Afriguy, no further investigating is to be done? I say I am experiencing an issue and then that's the end of it.....nice.....
AfriGuy, firstly thank you for the improved performance. Better.
May i ask however, on a 4mbps line, what is the average speed i should be seeing? At the moment i get on average 3.3 mbps. I apologize in advance if it is a stupid question.
On a good day, my downloads are around 360 KB/s.
But on most days it sits at about 290 ~ 310 KB/s.
It can vary from line to line, but this isn't too bad![]()

My account just went dead about two minutes ago. Rebooting allowed it to reconnect but I'm not sure what happened.
I am on a 4mbps line - get around 3,6 at best but usually 3.4 odd.
Also, testing via WiFi and ethernet makes a subtle difference.
Has anyone bothered looking at the issues I reported on these forums and to Critical Care about the Clientzone and certain versions of Internet Explorer no longer working since Friday last week?
I'd like to chime in and say that YouTube has been buffering for me today as well

Thank you again for letting us know about that.
Our Team is definitely looking into that, but making any changes to correct for issues with Internet Explorer does take some time to resolve, and they are working on it as quickly as possible.
They must just undo what ever changes they made on Friday, simple, it was working 100% before that.
