It seems that youtube is starting to act up again on my side....720p videos buffer, have to pause video for a second or two so it can play without buffering, never had this issue before, anyone else?

EDIT : seems to be working perfectly again....

Mine is the same - and totally random. It can work for an hour, and then suck for 5 minutes, and then back to normal again.

Obviously nobody seems to have any idea what the cause is. These days I seem to just be happy when it works fine, and wait it out when it doesn't.

How do I troubleshoot something myself if it's on your network? Tests show normal results, as per usual, but performance is the same as it was before December, when it miraculously fixed itself.

- 2Mbps line, gets stuck at around 1400kb/s Max - I know it doesn't usually play HD, even at the best of times, but it should at least be maxing it out.

I reitrate, everything is fine - P2P, HTTP, browsing. It's just streaming.

What else is there to test?

:( Are you seeing a reduction in all streaming services such as Youtube.com / Twitch.tv / Hulu / Netflix?

PM replied. Testing with your test account again, the internet is even snappy while streaming, which is almost never the case.

Stats for nerds shows my line now being maxed out with your account, which wasn't the case before.

Also, your account authenticates within 10 seconds. My account is always 37-40 seconds.

Diablo3 well mostly everything international....

So wanted to try some diablo again yay..... please give some advise..

Using business account , just using pingblotter with the IP the game server is on at the moment

A capped account (assuming this is the test account) should perform exactly like a Business account on a line matched to account speed.

Did the experiencing change immediately after switching back?

The results you've posted don't show any latency problems that concern me. In fact, as far as overseas latency is concerned, you'r mostly getting great results going out of our network. The problem is that the receiving network is not responding to ICMP packets, so we don't know if there is internal latency on their network.

Your speedtests are not great, I don't know if you usually experience better speeds but I don't think this is to the extent that it will affect your gaming, but if you could run the same test to an overseas server, we could see if your international throughput is much lower than local.

Sorry about that. We don't "officially" work on weekends, but our guys do their best to check in when they can. I try to reply to as many PM's as I can as well.

I'm not aware of problems on Diablo, but I did very little testing cos my daughter's been pretty sick. I'll check with the other guys if they've picked up on any problems from their side :(
