From what I can tell, between you and your exchange (hop1 -> hop 2) there is 33% packet loss. Can you post your router stats?

Your output power is really low. Are you sure that your router's line in (through the power brick) is correctly set up?

honestly not sure, seeing as telkom has been here 3 times this year so far and each time they find no problems =/

or give the line, "ill have to go check and get back to you"
 
Is Afrihost now using 8.8.4.4 as their automatic 2nd DNS? I have it set to automatic and this is what it configures to:
Preferred DNS Server: 196.7.7.7
Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4

this is probably your router at play
 
These are the best results I've got in the last 2 hours :/
Cape Town, Plumstead
8Mb/s Business Uncapped on a 7Mb/s line




SNR and Attenuation are both perfect. I'll try out google DNS and see if it helps
Edit: Google DNS not helping... oh well

Because every close server timed out, so after 50+ retries it was the only pingtest that actually WORKED :/

Speed and ping seem to have been fixed but I'm getting some packet loss

more than enough bandwidth to stream lets say 480p?

youtube and twitchtv simply not getting more than 35kb/s

using an WA account it actually streams 480p at 90kb/s fine.

I cant be the only one still struggling with twitch using afrihost business accounts

Only thing i've had success was - was assigning upload quota and splitting per host using a Tomato based router. Had success with it while i was still at a commune. Basically made it so each person (10 people), had X upload max. Had to be done sadly. Its quite a dirty method.
 
League of Legends for Afrihost lags like mad. WA is fine -.-

Pretty sure that EASSy is the problem

My router's DNS is set to this, and it is automatic... It's never done this before by itself.

They have been having lots of complaints about their DNS not working properly, causing websites to take multiple requests to load, so it could be a backup/safeguard for when that happens.

Its not a "could". That is for a fact Google's DNS. No idea why you guys are using your ISP DNS anyway.
