If you look at MTN B who buy like 15gbps of IPC capacity, Even getting 5% reduction will get 750mbps extra capacity. They're likely to get around 1 - 3 gbps extra capacity.
I think you're speculating very broadly here. I'm not sure the discount figure you're mentioning is realistic, but the difference between 1Gbps and 3Gbps is a few million rand, not to mention that we have 3 IPC locations/installations. So I think it's best that we leave those decisions to the guys who have all the info from Telkom and also all the financial and technical data to make those decisions
