Torrents still completely dead. Same like earlier today.
How are your other services looking at the moment?
Youtube Streaming on 360p also struggling. Browsing bit slow too.
Been like that for at least the last 2 weeks here in Cape Town.... not to mentioned the constant line resets, and periods of no throughput at all
EDIT: NOT MY LINE![]()

Has been the same here in JHB as well. It was tolerable so I didn't bother complaining much but getting basically half speed for a while.
Last year they had some issues. January it looked as if thing were back to normal. Was getting great speeds. But since Feb/March things haven't been great.
Same here.. Experience is not that great. Websites take 5-10 seconds before they start loading, of which it spikes to about 1.8MB/s. Youtube is not streaming at 360p. Steam is downloading at around 2.0MB/s. I thought business accounts were not shaped.
Are they being throttled?
Oh dear afrihost. www.afrihost.co.za does not load this morning. All other sites so far OK for me. Firefox reporting a 'secure connection failed'
Was a glitch on our end, should be back up and running now though![]()
Trying to download iOS 8.3 directly from apple averaging 300kb/s it spikes then falls again.

That's odd.
Just tested this now and seeing 800KB/s throughput on my end.
Have you tried a download manager?
Full speed with a manager but it was never needed before for links from big CDN's like apples.
Sorry about that, doesn't sound great at all![]()
Have you managed to run any tests with our team or investigate where the issues are cropping in? I'm sure you're aware, others aren't seeing the best experience - and it's something we're working on normalising for everyone.
Very high browsing ping now.
Erratic symptoms remain. MTN network is extremely unstable.
