Where's the network notice about whatever went "pear shaped" again now? Or should your customers not know when your network is fscked?

As it stands now, traffic in the South is normalizing, so latencies should drop a lot in the next few minutes.
So what?
Do you therefore not even bother to inform your customers? So that's how AH operates? If you can hide things, you do so?
There's no estimated time on when these problems will be sorted out, we have to sit tight and wait....Pay in full and wait for them to fix the problems....Am I right, is that the gist of the situation we are in right now????
