Set to Afrihost, still issues. Youtube also defaults to 240p, pathetic really.

Do you have tests that I can look at? I'm running tests from CPT, on a business account and don't see these issues.
You can also link in the videos you're trying.

The video page doesn't even open. A speedtest shows my line is at the correct speed but nothing is working. What other tests can I try.

Yes OpenDNS, Afrihost DNS, Google DNS, all the same results

I've replicated some slowdowns on our DNS servers, but not Google's.
Can you grab a traceroute and ping to youtube.com please?

Afrihost, and before I made the change i was using OpenDNS (which I have been using for years) and had the same issue.

We're still working on resolving intermittent YouTube issues, I'll hopefully have an update available soon.

Edit: Please test some streaming again guys, there seem to be some improvements.
