Sorry to hear :(
Have you compared the experience over on Afrigreen?

Nope, AFAIK my account is still on the regular network, I haven't got any emails or been told I'm on the PoC network

Drop me a PM, lemme see if I can get something sorted out for you :)

PM sent, I just checked the clientzone portal and noticed I was already assigned an Afrigreen Account, it seems to be doing well now :)

This is very strange :(
Are you guys able to replicate this over on Afrigreen too?

News server is working fine after switching to Afrigreen. So the issue is with the MTN accounts. It seems to be a problem with P2P traffic in general, given that my torrents were completely dead too.

Oh wow... Thanks for checking! I'll pass it on to our Team to look into!

For the last 4 days I lose connection between 1am-5am and all my overnight downloads crash and have to restart my router in the morning again, does anyone know why this is happening ?

Sounds pretty odd :(
Is it the connection itself that's dropping? Drop me a PM with your DSL username and I can see if I can spot anything on the auth logs.

Is anyone else having issues with their Windows 10 update? The 2.7GB update should take less than an hour on my connection, but after 20 minutes it moved to 1%. I'm not reading reports on the web of MS's servers breaking under the pressure, so what gives?

I have already tried stopping the download, deleting the temp files and restarting it, and the speed is no better. At this rate it will take well over 24 hours to download.

Hhhmm, that's very weird :( Have hardly seen reports of slow MS stuff myself today.
How are you running the update? On the OS itself or are you grabbing the ISO?

Maybe try Afrigreen and see if the performance improves?

We aren't seeing anything near that latency.
Can you post a traceroute?

when we told you the last time that there was a dns problem and pages we loading very slowly you denied it and said there was nothing wrong
then the same day afrigenie told us that they know about the problem and are working on it and that same night it was fixed
so please dont tell me there is no problem and you want more tests just fix it

Please paste a traceroute so we can see where the latency is coming in.
