We do monitor contention very closely - as far as I can see on our testing, we're getting good throughput. We'd also see much higher latency if contention was too high, and possibly packet loss.
We'll keep running tests on this side to see if we can replicate this

If everything is dandy how is it that an account with Telkom is significantly outperforming the Afrihost one on the same line?
I have been getting speeds of between 0.6 - 1.8Mbps on Afrihost all day and don't even get me started on international... Streaming is completely broken. As in shattered!
