Anyone else one a business account experiencing issues with netflix, buffering?
I was trying to watch Futubox and gave up. Even after one of the servers registered a speed of 4500kb/s. Even setting to SD didnt help
I have had this issue for a long time now. My business line is useless when it comes to streaming after hours. Netflix, hulu etc.. My speed tests do however seem normal. Could it be that they shape streaming ports after hours?
Very good point.I experience the same. Speedtest says all is normal, but streaming from various sources is terrible.
Streaming sucks on my 4Mbps business account too. Can be infuriating...
I upgraded to an 8mb account and still it is not satisfactory and that is on SD quality.
Afrihost does mention that priority is not given to business clients after hours. So it could really be that they they are shaping them ports.
I used telkoms uncapped in February last, and it was great for using netflix and the like, but speeds during the day was slow. What to do? Am tired of changing ISP's like underwear.
Not true, that policy fell away a few weeks ago.
