Jesus, a 2 Meg line on ADSL2+? Put it on ADSL and you will get MUCH better stats.

Sorry that you're having such a poor experience.

I'd need to look at your connection logs to see what is causing the drops, it could be latency or packet loss on the line or a gradual degradation of line sync, which a router reset often temporarily relieves.

Tracerts reveal what appears to be a sudden out of the blue congested exchange here in Salt River, this morning. No idea about the rest of CT.
