No issues on our end, what does your latency look like?

Edit: My apologies, I need more coffee. There was an issue, all sorted now though. Please keep me posted on how things go :)
Looking good again, thanks!
It was 800ms earlier to a local server. Now it's < 50ms :)

This Speedtest was just done right after I tried to watch a 480p Youtube vid.
Vid got stuck at one point and just buffers without event paying further.

More tests, blah blah blah there are no issues blah blah blah yackety shmackety blah blah blah.
Fix the damn streaming issues as 480p Youtube vids buffer like hell since last week.

Totally unacceptable on a 6MB line.

Umm... that's your exchange. Its either seriously congested or you have DSLAM issues.

Surely that isn't the Telkom exchange? Telkom is just fine according to my mate...

The second hop is your exchange. And unless your mate lives next door to you then his opinion doesn't matter.

Here is a print out of my tracert

Can you show us any diagnostics on your line? As far as I know the network is running pretty well. YouTube was running pretty normally for me yesterday :(

If I'm reading this correctly, it looks like you've either got a line fault or exchange congestion. Have you run any further tests?

No offense, but I was expecting the "no streaming issues" answer....

It has been like this for over a month already. It started off with 1080p and 720p vids buffering like mad, now it is with 480p vids that buffer.

I could happily stream a 720p or 1080p Youtube vid while downloading torrents in the background, now I have to choose which one I want to do. Download or watch a YT vid. All other downloads work like a bomb, no issues at all with any other part of it, just any streaming vids from any source buffer like mad.

I still believe that what is happening on your line is more specific to your situation and we should do specific troubleshooting and testing to investigate further :(

Youtube videos freeze halfway through and have to refresh the page only to have it happen again, this at 240p, what's going on? This is a new experience for me as it was working very well before at 1080p, it's been happening for 2 days now, Cape Town Southern Suburbs, very frustrating.

The buffer loads halfway and then just stops, it will not go any further, even after refreshing the page several times, this happens on all videos, it's like my connection decides, screw you buddy I'm going on holiday!

Haven't had any problems with my business account over the past few months. Everything has been working as expected.

Sounds like you're not getting the same throughput you were. Can you post some diagnostics, like our Network Test App output, when you are experiencing this, as well as a speedtest?

how can there be no streaming issues, when i have a call logged for the past month... struggling with Streaming... ?

I have had enough, come the 25th, I am out of here, WA here I come, please don't ask for tracert's cause for the past month that's all I have been supplying your critical care team with and NOTHING has changed, in fact it has gotten worse...

Basic Report:
Your average ping was 43ms
Your maximum ping was 169ms

Looking at your average ping, your line seems to be a bit dodgy :/ This may account for any slow speeds you may be experiencing. However, it could just be related to a high-latency home network (ie... Wi-Fi). If you feel the need, please post the results (at the end of the program) into the forum for advice
