Your stats seems mostly fine. I think if we can see the latency and throughput you're getting on international, this may show us more specific info on this![]()
Both international and local aren't great. I'm on a 4Mbit line. Streaming on Twitch has gotten progressively worse since I got home today up (round about 6.20 PM) up until about 9PM. YouTube service has also degraded. The videos eventually auto-select the quality at 360p (starting at 720p and going down until it doesn't buffer any more).
