Afrihost Capped DSL Feedback

With all the stability problems you have with your line, surely it's a %$^^%%#^ line and not much AH can do about it ?

They need to get Openserve involved. This is why I keep my line with Telkom, and deal direct with them (or rather, log a fault on telkom.co.za), things tend to move quicker than when there is a middle man involved.
 
Aaannnddd its down again. Yeah. I must say... I hate being ignored.

Definitely sounds like a line fault and not exchange if your snr drops to 0. Try log a fault on telkom.co.za, and keep logging them until its resolved. Openserve normally end up sending techs that actually know what they're doing in the end and the problem gets sorted eventually. They need to run a new line if need be.
 
Ah yes :D thats exactly what the issue is... Can anyone else check this on Chrome or is it just something wrong on my end.

I notice that theres some data thats called "Free Time" on the clientzone (unshaped capped account). What times are these allocated for?

Only an email stating someone will attend to my call sortly. This was yesterday. So my line went up and down the entire day. So i have no idea what was done
 
And its down again... Or should i say useless. 203kb down and 0 up. Yeah

I have been getting only 6mb max speedtest (Afrihost app) results on my 10mb line for the last few days. I logged a ticket but getting no feedback, sent numerous mails. Could you please see whats up?

It definitely looks like there is an issue on your DSL line. I've logged the fault with Openserve, you should be receiving the reference number via SMS shortly.

We'll escalate this as quickly as we can from our side.
