I am not receiving my 50/50 speed what I'm paying for, instead I am getting 20/20 for some reason. I have contacted you guys multiple times regarding this and the issue is still not resolved. Please fix it asap or I'm moving to another isp at the end of the month.

I still haven't heard back from them, but if I do I'll give an update... This is unacceptable, because I am paying for something which I am not getting and this issue has not been resolved since Friday.
I'm still waiting for an update myself, the moment I get feedback from our Team I'll notify you.
Thanks AfriGenie, I am migrating to 100/100 tonight at 12. It has already been approved, so lets hold off a bit and see if this might resolve the issue at hand.If it doesn't work i'll let you know and we can take it from there.
Everything seems good now, hopefully it stays this way. It's just the international that's a bit slow, but I guess it's okay.

Still waiting two weeks later for Openserve to install my line - > AH02535A797C10
My direct neighbour got his installed the first week.
The order for your Fibre has been submitted to Openserve we're just waiting for them to provide us with an installation date now.
I think OpenServe has blacklisted me!![]()

No I am not, I left Afrihost a couple of months ago.
I am just receiving OpenServe fiber within the next ~2 months, so I am interested how it is handled in the off-chance that the same situation occurs. It would also help other users in what steps to take, it is a feedback thread.
