Signed up last week.
Fibre provider is Openserve.

1. How long until they make first contact, because I've heard nothing from them so far?
2. Is there any way to monitor the progress, because it essentially seems like "sign up and wait for a call that may never come" at this stage?

You will definitely receive an update from us the moment that we get an update for the order from Openserve. There is a bit of delay as your order is processed and Openserve assigns your activation request to the queue.
 
Hi Afrigenie. Any feedback on my request? My double data benefit has not applied to the fibre account. Also I asked before and you mentioned that there was rollover for the data on fibre as on the DSL data but that has not been the case. Whats happening?

Received the "4000 off" email offer from Gian this morning but the map gives an "Address not Found" error on Chrome, M$ Edge and M$ Internet Explorer; also the "or just click on your address" does not work

should I log a call to the AH helpdesk or, is there an email address to reach the AH Fibre team directly so that they can check my address for feasibility before the offer expires ?

It's a bit hard to say, we get updated from vendors when they have added new areas, and obviously when we add new providers. So it's probably several times a month :)

Thanks. I see my area has been upped to dark purple but on your site it hasn't updated. So thanks :)

This is something that our Network and Development team is working on rolling out in the near future. It really depends on the provider as each company has their own unique API. :)

Please feel free to drop me a PM with your account info and I'll put you in touch with our Team. Perhaps you can be on of the first. :)
 
Telkom/Openserve guys came to my house today to install the fibre, seems to have all gone well.
They gave me a number (starts with a 'B') to give to Afrihost, and on the ClinetZone, my Fibre line still shows as "Processing Order".

How do I go about getting up and running?
