After more then 8weeks being made a idiot by your support team can you give me a conection date for 20 Abelia road kloof durban
You are now in breach of contact for more then 2 weeks

I am not receiving my 50/50 speed what I'm paying for, instead I am getting 20/20 for some reason. I have contacted you guys multiple times regarding this and the issue is still not resolved. Please fix it asap or I'm moving to another isp at the end of the month.

It could be a configuration issues on your Fibre Account, can you please PM me your details and I'll check what's going on.
 
Still waiting two weeks later for Openserve to install my line - > AH02535A797C10

My direct neighbour got his installed the first week.

I still haven't heard back from them, but if I do I'll give an update... This is unacceptable, because I am paying for something which I am not getting and this issue has not been resolved since Friday.

Thanks AfriGenie, I am migrating to 100/100 tonight at 12. It has already been approved, so lets hold off a bit and see if this might resolve the issue at hand. :) If it doesn't work i'll let you know and we can take it from there.

The order for your Fibre has been submitted to Openserve we're just waiting for them to provide us with an installation date now.
 
I think OpenServe has blacklisted me! :cry:

:( I don't think that's the case, the installation times are usually scheduled in advance. It's possible that your neighbout was lucky enough to get his installation bumped up because the installation that was supposed to happen was cancelled.

No I am not, I left Afrihost a couple of months ago.

I am just receiving OpenServe fiber within the next ~2 months, so I am interested how it is handled in the off-chance that the same situation occurs. It would also help other users in what steps to take, it is a feedback thread. ;)

Everything seems good now, hopefully it stays this way. It's just the international that's a bit slow, but I guess it's okay.
