Check with Afrihost. I would be surprised if they allow a transfer. Rather post you're router in the classifieds.

I spoke to Afrihost. They allow transfers which can be done via the client zone portal.

Happy to take over, subject to a test in Sandton in the evening - heard quite a few stories about unusable speeds at night.
