Mine looks more or less the same... not even an SMS
 
This delivery company is unbelievable.
So after 4 missed deliveries, the last one stated Delivery Failed.

After getting no luck on email I decided to call and they have the audacity to tell me, I wasn't at home at 19:05 Monday, this after I had to shuffle my day around 4 times to accommodate their delivery.

Their explanation after I told them I was indeed at home and no driver ever showed " We are not sure, we can try and deliver tomorrow"
 
Ok so I phoned Afrihost and was given a waybill number for Collivery. Tried phoning them and could not get hold of anyone for the cape town office. Status on the website is Waiting Client Acceptance. How the heck is that possible if I have not been contacted once.

Don't wanna snitch and moan. There is some sort of Notice on the site as well. But if bid to be the courier company for the CPT region you need to be able to deliver, and not complain that people did not have their RICA docs ready.

The mere fact that I have not been contacted once or received and SMS with the waybill information shows that they do not have their act together. I would have been more at ease if some sort of effort was made.

Also got mine this morning. Driver arrived at reception at 9:52, didn't call me on my cell at all. Was in a meeting, driver waited 5 mins & left. Have called Collivery & they've promised to track him down and get him to return
 
Only today I get told that I need to provide them with copies of my identification, proof of residence, blah, blah, blah… even though I asked them last week if they needed this sort of info. Their response was that I needed to have it on hand for the delivery guy. :wtf: :mad: :rolleyes:
 
I got a call yesterday from the courier to say they would deliver sometime between 8-5pm.
Im still waiting the Cape Town offices phones don't work.

@Afrihost you guys are being let down by your Courier company.
Please investigate changing companies they going to hurt your reputation.
 
Will see if they manage to deliver today. If not will have to be next week.

They indicated in all communications I received that you require RICA docs...
 
This morning received an SMS that the driver has been dispatched. Seriously there head office/depot is only 3 KM surely in the past 4hours he didn't stop at 100 people unless they driving around in joburg with a truck
