On 24 May 2017, Afrihost cut my Mobile internet connection and has not reinstated it, and today is 31 May 2017- a full 7 days.
On the 24th, I still had under 0.5GB left and it reflects as such when logged into: clientzone.afrihost.com
This is downright nonsense. And let me guess, you will continue to do this, it might be worse next time.
Take note of this. It's 31 May 2017, and that's a full 7 days of no service from Afrihost despite there being enough data to connect.
And I know what is going to happen now, someone from Afrihost in this thread will say:
"Can you PM your account details, I'll have a look into it" and/or "This is unacceptable, we'll get it fixed, blah blah blah" - Only that the last time I got such a reply, they never responded in a timely fashion, and when they did it was even about helping with the issue at hand.
What happened with the service???
