Afrihost Mobile Feedback

So - I just bought 10 gig (which costs R150), but I selected the wrong card so the payment bounced. Cool.

Now, why am I supposed to pay an extra R50? This has been happening for a long time yet the support here says there is no such thing.

How to get Afrihost to reverse AIR MOBILE prorata Data error. I reported this on the same day 26/01/2024 while on the line with whatsapp support. I then logged a ticket on Monday to reverse their mistake and still no progress. How does this support qualify as "Best ISP"

AIR MOBILE Prepaid plans advertised on website are not matched with what are available via Clientzone or the Afrihost App
