Hello.@Afrigirl @AfriNatic is it still possible to sign up for airmobile legacy using an MTN sim, or are new sign ups limited to the new MVNO network?
So either I'm crazy, or the support agents aren't well versed in their products, or something very bizarre is going in here.
have a galaxy watch 4 LTE, this has esim, I've added this esim I'm trying to get it to work, as it has up till now, when I tried to get the SMS and phone call part working, ran into issues.
Gone back and forth, locked the puk, unblocked it, taken selfies 100 times, but still not working,
Now the agents busy telling me esim cards on smartwatches don't work, sorry!!!
How weird, I'm literally sending them screenshots of my data usage, that somehow worked,
@Afrigirl please educate them that it does work!!!! They aren't able to assist me and giving people incorrect information.

Hi.@Afrigirl I've got a normal MTN sim card which I've used in the past with Afrihost data, which the holiday season coming up, I'll be away from my stellar fibre connection, but looking at the LTE Uncapped options on the website.
There is both uncapped under AirMobile & Wireless LTE, so unsure which option to go for.
The AirMobile package seems better (FUP wise).
I will be using a Huawei B535 model, so either AirMobile & Wireless LTE should be sorted, but is anyone of these location locked? Will be in the general same area over the holiday season, but might be in between towers.
Would I need to port in?Hi.
With an existing MTN prepaid sim, you can sign up for the Airmobile Data-only package.
It is not location-locked.
The data-only package is still on our old APN; you won't be porting in.Would I need to port in?
Website is saying x amount per month. What's the cancellation policy like?
