Yeah, no connectivity through to M-Web's network this evening once again. No point in posting tracerts. Starting to lose interest real fast.

I am struggling to stream Netflix with these stats, it freezes every few minutes, so I don't have any idea what could be causing it, is anyone else in the South having internet issues?

Edit: Can anyone recommend network traffic software so I can see where all my bandwidth is going?

You don't say where you are, but there are LOADS of Telkom faults currently. Mostly in the North Eastern region, but not only there.

I'd put my money on it that you're affected by one or more of the multitude of Telkom issues currently.

Trying to access any website on the Mweb network fails on my Afrihost account but works on my Telkom account atm
Yip, I posted almost 4 weeks ago that this was happening, first my line was blamed, then Mweb was blamed, then Afriguy started ignoring me, now critical care are scratching their heads. So over complaining and supplying test after test with no resolution to date. Guess we will just have to live with this type of poor service.

Thats the only reason I am posting because they tried to say it was an isolated fault, it does not affect me every day, I would usually just change accounts and browse the web and would not even bother to post because it fixes itself after a few hours

Here is the trace Afrihost

Which DNS are you using at the moment? What do your speedtests look like at the moment?

Did you log that request with Telkom? That looks like it could be an issue on the Exchange.

We're definitely not ignoring you in this matter, it is a top priority and we're working with Mweb and our upstream providers to find out what is causing this.
