Afrihost New Network Feedback - Part 2

Downloading a file http://www.synthogy.com/download/Ivory OSX Update 2.1.3.m.pkg.zip
Download speed afrihost 80 kb/s Telkom 400 kb/s
International latency is 40 ms higher and Packed loss

No luck with critical care send trace to them on the 24 and only getting reply this morning 5:55 an then asking is every ting fine
no answer was there change or is there a problem

your Internet provider is Nerotel and the problem start after Nerotel going International
And the download speed Afrihost is not limiting i done believe this
Every evening the same Problem
This morning is was 40 ms better

Neotel is one of many upstream providers, I don't see how the issue is pin-pointed to them.
Do you have the ticket ref# available from Critical Care that I can follow up on?
 
Any tests you can post here for me to look at?

Alright pings seem to be back to normal. But still getting weird speeds. Seems to be only affecting my BF1 beta download right now though. Getting full speed on a Web Africa account.

Will try get the IP of the server its downloading from.

These 2 servers (and a few others in the same ranges):
2.22.126.176:80
72.247.177.160:80

Getting wildly varying speeds between 20KB/s to 100KB/s

Are other services also slow, or only BF?
Mind grabbing a speedtest off speedtest.net?
