Is it possible that the after hours data does not register properly? Seems like the last 2 days took a huge chunk out of my cap and i did not really change anything behaviorally. And i don't mean a little bit of an increase, the last 2 days used about 40% of my cap, which does not really seem possible.

I did 7GB overnight, seems to been taken from my cap instead of counting as midnight data. It is most definitely midnight data as I added it to queue at 12:30am.
Only 16GB carry over this time -.-

Yea, so nothing around the situation with Twitch has improved.

You are the only ISP I make use of.
Any chance you're able to check with an ISP trial account to see what the experience is like?
Do you feel this is something that should be left for the client to deal with? I personally don't like handing my details out to everyone, who knows what third party they are selling it to.
It's simply a process of elimination.

I am not trying to be rude or stubborn.
It's not that I can't go out and obtain a trial account, it's the fact that I have to obtain one. I'm having a problem on your network.
I won't be using the ISP where I got the trial account from, so the performance I may or may not receive from them is not important to me.
I will be looking for a trial account.
I'm not sure I follow, I was under the impression you weren't keen on grabbing a trial account? This is why I suggested the Critical Care route to make things a bit easier.

I'm still having issues with Twitch on Afrihost. I have a 2mb line and it's buffering on low quality constantly. I switch ISP and its solid on medium, no buffering ever, even while browsing the web. I wanted to cancel my 100gb capped before the end of the month but was unaware of the 25th of the month thing. Sad face.![]()

Twitch is always a bit of a tough one to crack. Have you run any troubleshooting with our team to determine the cause of the poor experience when using your Afrihost account?
Not yet no. Not sure what I could do my side if it's working flawlessly with another ISP. Was planing to switch ISP until twitch works properly with you guys, then I'll stay.
