Leaving your DNS on Automatic is definitely the preferred option, AfriFella was just confirming with you.
What sort of speeds are you getting at the moment?
Yeah, I'm not saying it isn't
I'm not at home atm, will be home in a couple of hours.

On Twitch, can you please enable the Video Stats and let that run for a few minutes and post that here.
Pretty low throughput numbers here
Are you comfortable with a tool like iftop to see where the source IP is to run further tests from there?
No, I'm not comfortable with a tool like iftop sorry.
Are you on Windows?
Also, are you other streaming services affected or are you only seeing a poor experience on Twitch?
I am indeed using Windows.
My main streaming services are Twitch and YouTube. YouTube isn't affected but Twitch is heavily affected.
Not picking up any issues with Twitch itself, but it tends to be problematic across the board. Intermittent at best, regardless of ISP from our testing.
Maybe look at installing Wireshark to see the source IP, we could figure out what's causing the issues from there?
What video on twitch are you trying to watch? Let me have a look. Ive had issues this last few weeks so let me see if its bad on my sideI have got Wireshark installed, never used it before.
What do you need me to do?

Run a data dump
You'll need to sift through lots of data, but you should be able to track down a Twitch source IP for the content that you're viewing.
