Anyone know why the after hours data is counted twice? My portal shows double the after hours data used , even compared to my total monthly :p

Uh... That shouldn't be happening, could you maybe post a screenshot of that?

We told you guys about this months ago lol. It probably has something to do with the afrigreen account that still hasn't been removed from the portal.

That should have been fixed, if it's still duplicating the After-hours usage because of the Afrigreen links, I'll need to get our Team to get on this ASAP.
 
Yesterday morning I woke up and decided to mess around on the interwebz (was about 7:30-ish). To my surprise I found pings to international servers to be well below 200 (current experience 300+) and downloads running at full line speed.

I honestly thought my line issues were resolved somehow, but alas, as the day wore on the great experience diminished to what I have become used to. Constant buffering, slow download speeds, pages taking forever and a day to load and 400 pings to international Dota 2 servers when spectating.

Just thought I would cheer all of you up who have great internet. Have a good day.

Don't waste your time with support, coz that just goes nowhere.

I just ignore it now and divide by 2. Problem solved.

This pretty much sums up my connection as well. Early mornings great, even during the day, but evenings eish, congestion being a bummer it seems.

Did you submit a bug report via ClientZone as I suggested last week?

I believe our Dev team did check your account and couldn't find anything wrong from our end. After hours data is only collected and then displayed.
If you're still seeing discrepancies with usage/ displayed usage I'd recommend logging a bug via ClientZone.

Not really an issue, just OCD for accuracy :p

i actually haven't looked at this. For me after hours data is not an issue if its incorrectly calculated, as i get that free in any case. Its once my normal data usage gets calculated incorrectly, that is when i will be worried

Incorrectly calculated data hasn't happened in ages, our Radius logs are pretty bang on :)

Thanks. Yeh im not bothered with after hours data. I struggle to download much in any case, because i dont know what to download. :D
