Very weird.
What's your throughput like on Telkom LTE?

With twitch it's like over 1MB/s. Max LTE speedtest is like over 80Mbps but the max speed should not matter if a steam is like 10Mbps right then any connection on a unshaped adsl product should work.
 
I have been in contact with critical care. Things come right and then go down again. Would really like a permanent solution. Tired of always having to send tests etc etc etc. I am sure you can understand my frustration. At the end of a long day's work the last thing I feel like dealing with is bad internet and doing test after test. Please can you also look into it?

Perhaps shoot them a mail again?

Our Critical Care team are the best guys to talk to, please continue to troubleshoot with them.

I know that most Twitch streams are pretty demanding on bandwidth, could just be heavy saturation on the line.

I do that every time. Will carry on. But this really needs to stop now. I understand things happen but this is getting beyond frustrating.

Have we confirmed an issue? As far as I'm aware there are no issues coming in from our end.

Yeah Afrihost has been pretty epic for me on VDSL. Unshaped and low latency stable too so twitch is not big problem.

The first time I was told some tweaks were made.
The second time they said that nothing was up but then it came right.
This time same story - but hasn't come right yet.

If it isn't a problem your side but vox works - then what else can it be?

Have you tested with a 1GB free account?
What happens when you switch back to your Afrihost account?

In the past, the critical care team put some data on the 1gb to test with. It worked well. So it is an issue with the Business Uncapped.

Tonight - I switched back to my Business Uncapped and still got the issues. So I am on my vox account for now. Sent a mail to Critical Care.

On a side note - just tested the free 1gb AH. All ran smoothly. So I guess that Business Uncapped Accounts and Capped Accounts don't really work the same.......

Shaping profiles are identical, both being unshaped.
As mentioned, please continue to troubleshoot with our Critical Care team.

Telkom account is fine and afrihost ping go up to 400 ms
You all way denied their is a problem but why telkom works and afrihost in with Cape Town pop not
Your support is not working no answer on weekends and standard reply by support I'm a network admin my self your support is shocking
