Funny thing i just checked my line on the telkom website for adsl and it shows adsl not avalable.

It could be that there are no available ports at the exchange

we did ask him if he could authenticate using another ISP. He couldnt, so seems like a link or something might be broken at the Exchange or somewhere.

This is definitely strange. We peer directly with Mweb at NAP Africa and as far as I can tell AfriGuy has reported it to the network team but we're not finding any issues. We're testing with a user in the East (Durban) to try to replicate the issue.
