Clientzone says I am only allowed two package changes per month. I want to downgrade to lower package before the 23rd as I am not happy with the speeds I am getting at the moment. Once the issues are fixed then I will consider upgrading. I would like to downgrade to 10+10gb package. Please can i get this done as today (22nd) will be the last day

Phone them or email them. The reps are not responding or pm them on here.

Nah, what isn't worth entertaining is your guilt tripping because we gave the reps some heat. Stop it already. Anyone who isn't crawled up in AfriHost's exit shute CAN blame the reps for running away when people got tired of their excuses for an issue that has been persisting for weeks now.

Really bad pings and speeds at the moment. Happened last night too. Perfectly fine on WebAfrica
 
Torrents going at a crawl (20kB/s) on capped.
Downloaded it via bitport (basically downloads it for you and allows you to download via http) and was coming down at full speed.

I wonder what gian does when his internet at home bombs out,when he has to do something urgently lol
