Afriman is not obligated to respond too people here. This is only an extension to their support system. Just go create a ticket. Stop crying out publicly as if you are entitled for your voice to be heard.

SO this thread has now been almost totally destroyed, and we have just had a string of posts about personal attacks.
So what do you do? Do you really believe your comment adds any value to this thread at this point in time?
You cast unfounded aspersions about an AH client giving credit, one I might add that has had his fair share of bad service of late.

It appears that there are some who are intent on insulting those who have limited or no issues.
I for one appreciate this thread and the value it adds as the representation from Afrihost.
Bad enough that reps are no longer active appears some disgruntleds are hell bent on pushing things to thread closure.

Just a random question. Why do people still stay with AH if they received bad service from them. It's not like AH is the only ISP in South Africa.
OK. Scanning through the thread, seems like nothing has changed? Still the same stress around AH. Pity, need a new ISP for a new line after moving and was hoping things have improved.
I do see some agitation re discussion and abuse. Some appear stressed that Afriman seems to have disappeared after being abused. I don't understand the stress though. If AH customer service was good then you don't need a rep on a thread to fix problems surely. Just give support a tinkle.
