Afrihost New Network Feedback - Part 2

My service has been degrading on a ISP level because every few days I experience high latency levels when I try play any online video game. I start noticing the high levels if the app I use to communicate with my friends comes up with a ping level of 100.

Tiny bit frustrated about it but I can only wait for your teams to solve your network instability. Please tell your CEO to stop these new campaignsuntil your network stability is at acceptable levels.

SNR margins aren't a network specific, it's a line/ area related issue.
Any tests I can look at?
 
when can we expect Brendan to post something on MyBB? would be great to hear from him from the technical side of the business. Im now tired of Gian :D

I've escalated a few accounts to our Dev team :)
Log a bug via ClientZone and PM me the ref# and I'll add your account to the open query.

I submitted a bug report in the Clientzone, but it didn't give me a reference number. Just a thanks message.
 
Looks like there's quite a bit of latency to your exchange :(

:-( I'm going to do some tests with another ISP over the weekend to compare and at least see if they are consistent. Funny thing is it seems to correlate with me running a stream or not. Generally the connection seems ok. Netflix also works ok.

Never said SNR are network specific. I was referring to the Afrihost network in general in the last part of my post. Please check back on this post I have test results up.

Will provide later when home.
