My service has been degrading on a ISP level because every few days I experience high latency levels when I try play any online video game. I start noticing the high levels if the app I use to communicate with my friends comes up with a ping level of 100.
Tiny bit frustrated about it but I can only wait for your teams to solve your network instability. Please tell your CEO to stop these new campaignsuntil your network stability is at acceptable levels.
SNR margins aren't a network specific, it's a line/ area related issue.
Any tests I can look at?
