What must I post sir?
I think what AfriGenie was referring to was a link to the video/service you're having trouble with. Also some general test results like a traceroute or MTR would help a lot.

Wrong person.But that's a super useful reply! (I don't play Battlefield)

Doh!
Which rep is online at the moment?
Not cool! Can you run a traceroute to a specific BF1 server?
Something is wrong with either mwebs servers or AH's links (peering) to the servers I have 12 ping but then it just randomly shoots to 1200ms, happens in every mweb server.
This one was a JHB dota2 server 197.80.200.10
I cant replicate it in tracerts or pings.
Problem is on your end, vox has stable connection with no spikes. In any case I've canned afri for now, just too unreliable for gaming. Cheers.
Very strange...Just to confirm, are you using any specific DNS settings?
I posted earlier with a trace route that something was wrong with traffic heading Mweb`s way, it was ignored.....Really sorry to hear that.I'll be sure to pass your feedback onto our NOC Team.
Still getting that packet loss in Armoured Warfare. Seems that profile you guys loaded didn't do much. :erm:
Unless it still hasn't been loaded?

Long story short, 4mb Afrihost Business account seems shaped for long periods during the day. Have logged five Telkom faults in a row, had two technicians here, had support from local exchange, still happening. Like Clockwork, at 1, 2 or 5 PM, line will drop to quarter speed, sometimes slower, and remain that way until precisely 12 in the evening, when it magically starts working fine again.
Ran some tools from this site during my nightly purge session, and no idea, problems, problems, problems. No idea how to interpret this info or move forward.
Download speed on anything is between 30-100 kbps since 5 this afternoon. This has been happening for two months now.

So AfriPeople, what do I do? Keep pestering Telkom and watch them resolve my Tickets in ignorance.
This is not a game I am very familiar with. Is there also a locally hosted presence on Mweb?
No, think world of tanks. Afrigenie had said that the network team was looking into it about 2 weeks ago. Then said they had a profile (game is being affected by the shaper) and were going to load it at next maintenance which was last week.
This isn't the first time I had an issue. Last year November, I sat on the phone with your network team so they could build a profile in the meantime. Looks like it didn't hold up.
