Afrihost New Network Feedback - Part 2

Webpages just stopped loading. Only WhatsApp seems to be working. Everything else just stopped.

I'm not seeing any widespread issues on our side, PM me your details and I'll check what's going on.
 
Still NOT Working.

In Durban. Will PM my details.

Web Africa is working perfectly. Afrihost is completely dead.
 
Some of my colleagues are unable to connect to the 8.8.8.8 dns.
I, of course, use 169.1.2.1 :D

It's a DNS issue.

8.8.8.8 is problematic on Afrihost. Changed to Afrihost's DNS and everything is fine

Automatic DNS for the win! ;)

Seriously though I can't recommend keeping your modem's DNS on automatic enough, it's the best way to ensure that you have the best possible experience.

8.8.8.8 works perfectly on Web Africa though. Why is it problematic on Afrihost?

8.8.8.8 is still not working on Afrihost.

Why does this happen? Can anyone explain?
 
Telkom reset the port,but the problem is still there?

What else could this be?
