What difference does Afrihost+ make? So the options in my email are: 300+300 Double and 150+150 Priority. Is the +300/150 because I have Afrihost+?

Yes, you get double double data now because of Afrihost Plus, so when you change to Shaped, it would be 300 + 300, or if you go Priority it would be 150+150. You might see it differently because the package description changed when we migrated the existing capped accounts over to the new product description.
 
We had to introduce that change with people abusing our recent R1 promotion by doing multiple upgrades and downgrades to avoid paying for the product. You will definitely be able to make that change in the new month, otherwise email [email protected] and we can review on our side.

I don't think you have got it. I am fine with only allowing 2 changes per month but I haven't made 2 changes, only 1. The other change was made by Afrihost without me asking you to do so. I don't want to wait till next month, I want to change now. I used the R1 special to try out a new package as you wanted your customers to do and now that I have decided that it is not for me you won't let me change it so effectively the R1 was not true as you are going to make me pay for another month before I can change it.
 
Amongst all this confuzzlement, last clarification required please, I kind of got lost amongst the emails, and changes to fine print:

Will free time 12am to 8am remain for those opting for the shaped capped (!!) packages?
 
Seems a lot of people here don't get it.

1) Double data was a promo and was ending December 31.
2) If you want to carry on with double data, you can opt for a shaped capped account.
3) If you do change your account you will have normal allocation and unshaped.

Simple. Sounds reasonable to me.

yes, as long as your package is R299 or more (excluding line rental) - so based on the data portion base price before discount.

EDIT: Just to clarify, packages below R299 will receive After Hours data from midnight to 8am, and R299 and above will get Free-Time from midnight to 6pm, as before.

Ok thanks, got it. And as per the email we can change our selected option at any time? So if I choose priority now but decide to go back to double/double sometime next year I can do so..

Yes, you can make a package change in ClientZone and the normal package change rules will apply.

I totally agree. Just one small correction, all clients will be moved to the shaped option by default and will need to opt-in (from the mailer or ClientZone) to the Priority-Boosted product. That way, if clients don't make a choice, they'll be on the shaped option by default.
